In their effort to make a significant impact on perinatal mental health, the Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative (CPMHC) launched their first fundraising initiative, Flora’s Walk, aiming to raise awareness and crucial funds.
The challenge lay in their inexperience with fundraising campaigns and the necessity for a platform that not only facilitated peer-to-peer fundraising but also offered comprehensive support throughout the campaign's lifecycle. This is where Raisely came into the picture, standing out as the chosen platform for its expertise in Canadian fundraising initiatives and peer-to-peer capabilities.
What clinched it for us was the Raisely team, their knowledge of fundraising in Canada, and their support availability.
Launching Flora’s Walk on Raisely allowed for an immediate connection with their audience, enabling the creation of individual and team fundraising pages that fostered community involvement and increased engagement.
The success of the campaign was evident through the participation of 238 individuals, forming 47 teams across 20 walk events nationwide, and surpassing their fundraising goal by 50%, achieving over $75,000. This was made possible by Raisely’s intuitive design, comprehensive support system, and its ability to host bilingual campaigns, catering to all Canadians.
The campaign not only marked a milestone for CPMHC but also set a precedent for future fundraising efforts, establishing Flora’s Walk as an annual event and doubling their target for the following year.
The Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Collaborative (CPMHC) needed an efficient fundraising platform for their first nation-wide peer-to-peer campaign.
Raisely offered a user-friendly peer-to-peer fundraising platform along with comprehensive support, allowing the campaign to launch in just a week.
